Every full moon, the ocean recedes and reveals a large rock formation that's usually covered almost completely by the salt water and too dangerous to travel to any other night. It can be used as a perch for the leaders and their clanmates can sit below on the wet sand. StarClan has the power to call the ocean to slowly creep back to it's usual limit forcing the meeting to adjourn if it does not go to StarClans will.
